RobinRoom is definitely one of the most exciting projects we have done for our clients. Already existing in the Swiss market, a fast-growing startup needed a scalable technological solution that could withstand the increasing growth.
With Sharetribe we have created a reliable backend solution in use that offers the necessary flexibility in the frontend and customization options. To maintain the necessary flexibility on a content level we have integrated the marketplace with WordPress. This allows the RobinRoom team to customize content and maintain the marketplace independently from us. In addition, to smooth the whole customer experience, manual processes such as payment and booking of additional services were integrated on the platform.

Our work aimed to deeply understand users’ needs and emotions, which are key factors in the hospitality and entertainment industry. We step into users’ shoes and created The User Story Mapping based on our common experiences and expectations. During this project, together with Robin-Room, we became one team and we both appreciated our open-mindedness, creativity, transparent communication, and positive attitude. All these elements plus a fascination with life celebration led us to create a platform that provides a unique experience for unrepeatable moments.
